Looking to the future, Triphasé is a space dedicated to fostering the growth and creative research of emerging artists. The project began in 2021 in a 900 m² industrial building on the edge of downtown Brussels, in Anderlecht. Founders Antoinette d'Ansembourg and Alice Pandolfo first established the Triphasé Studios, inviting about ten visual artists annually to work in residence. These studios welcome creators from diverse disciplines—painting, installation, performance, music, ceramics, textiles, sculpture—creating a vibrant artistic community rooted in collaboration, dialogue, and shared inspiration.
Six months later, Triphasé launched the Triphasé Space, a 170 m² exhibition venue and experimental lab. At this point, Zoé van den Boogaerde joined the team, bringing her expertise in artistic direction, production, and curation, while also receiving a studio for her own practice. The Triphasé Space opened with the group exhibition Please Talk Louder and stands out for its commitment to actively supporting emerging artists’ projects, providing a space for them to present their work and explore new directions. By fostering an environment of creative freedom, Triphasé encourages ambitious, bold work and promotes an ongoing dialogue between artists and the public, at the heart of the Brussels art scene.
